Dr. Chou received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and then completed medical school at Baylor College of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Northwestern University.

Afterwards, he trained at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for his Allergy/Immunology fellowship. Dr. Chou is Board Certified in Allergy and Immunology. Dr. Chou is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, Harris County Medical Society, and the Texas Medical Association.
