Dr. Kelley has roots in Houston where he was born and raised, attended high school at Strake Jesuit and college at the University of St. Thomas. After studying abroad in France and receiving his degree in Business Administration, he decided to pursue his dream of becoming a physician and attended the University of Texas Medical School in Houston. He went on to complete his Pediatric internship and residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston where he also served as Chief Resident and Assistant Professor. During his Allergy and Immunology Fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Branch, he presented at national meetings and published research on RSV Bronchiolitis.
Board Certified in Allergy and Immunology, he is a member of national organizations: AAAAI, ACAAI, as well as the Texas Allergy Asthma and Immunology Society. He is also an executive committee member of the Greater Houston Asthma Allergy and Immunology Society. He was named on Houstonia Magazine’s list of Top Doctors in 2018, Texas Super Doctors Rising Stars list for 2019 and 2020.
There is no greater satisfaction for Dr. Kelley than to build a therapeutic relationship with a patient and be part of her or his journey to overcome allergies, asthma, or recurrent infections to enable a fulfilling and active lifestyle.
