Monique Allman, PA-C
Monique Allman PA-C, MS, is a New York native who grew up in the Houston area. She obtained her Bachelor,s degree in Biological Sciences from Hampton University in Hampton, VA and then earned her Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Midland, TX. Prior to her career as a PA, she worked at Baylor College of Medicine and LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA as a research assistant studying bladder cancer and Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. During that time she authored/co-authored articles in many scientific journals and presented those findings at Annual meetings on both a national and international stage. Ms. Allman has been a licensed and certified Physician Assistant since 2009 and is board certified through the NCCPA. She started her medical career in the urgent/convenient care setting and has specialized in Asthma and Allergy since 2013. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (ACAAI), Texas Gulf Coast Physician Assistant Association, Texas Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology Society (TAAIS), and Greater Houston Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology Society (GHAAIS). In her free time she sings with her church choir, does olympic weightlifting, and spends time with her friends and family.
